  • Modular & Prefabrication
  • Virtual Design & Construction
  • Integrated Solutions

Project Description:

Connelly Electric partnered with Power Construction and Ennismore Design & Grec Architects to construct the 23,000 SF workspace, situated on the third and fourth floors of the Hoxton Hotel, a sleek, 12-story boutique hotel at the intersection of Lake and Green streets.  The space offers an impressive range of features designed to foster productivity and collaboration. It includes 294 modern, ergonomic desks, a variety of meeting rooms equipped with cutting-edge technology, and private offices to accommodate diverse work needs. In addition, two expansive covered terraces provide stunning views and outdoor spaces for relaxation or informal meetings. The layout also prioritizes convenience and flexibility, with ample amenities including on-site dining options, fitness facilities, and secure bike storage.

Benefits Delivered:

To meet the demanding timeline and navigate the complexities of working within an active hotel environment, our Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) group leveraged advanced techniques, including a Trimble layout system and prefabrication to streamline the construction process. Through this integrated approach, we were able to maintain a steady workflow while accommodating the hotel’s ongoing activities, minimizing disruptions and ensuring a smooth, on-schedule delivery of the workspace.
