Connelly Electric partnered with Premier Design & Build Group on this 28,230 SF office expansion renovation project, sprawling across a 603,288 SF space, which includes a two-story lobby, adorned with a curved glass curtain wall and skylights, inviting staff and guests with an innovative play of light and spatial design.  Embracing mid-century modern aesthetics, the office boasts a grand staircase adorned with accent lighting, glass railings, wood stringer, and a striking two-story natural stone wall.  Designed for adaptability, the modular training facility accommodates over 100 individuals and can be partitioned into three smaller training/conference rooms, underscoring Echo Inc’s commitment to scalability.
